Staying at Zensala Riverpark Resort was a refreshing escape from the typical hustle of Chiang Mai. The peaceful atmosphere and lovely river views were amazing, though I did encounter some minor issues with the dining choices and room maintenance. Overall, it was a pleasant retreat worth considering for a calm getaway.

I really enjoyed my penthouse room on the third floor. Plenty of space with a living area and a balcony offering a beautiful nature view. The bathroom was especially impressive with a large bathtub.

The staff were friendly and attentive, helping to enhance my experience. However, I did notice that language skills varied widely among the team.

The resort's location along the Ping River offered a serene escape just 10 minutes from the city center. While it felt a bit remote, that added to its charm.
Dining

Breakfast had a nice variety with an a-la-carte menu, but I found the lunch and dinner options a bit limited, especially for vegetarian choices. Overall, the quality was good, but I expected more Thai options.

The resort has lovely grounds and a decent swimming pool, although it was a bit cold and not the cleanest. Other facilities included room service and tours/ticket assistance.

My stay at Zensala Riverpark Resort was a mix of beautiful scenery and some drawbacks. The location by the Mae Ping river was stunning, especially at night. However, the noise from the nearby busy road was quite disturbing, and the room felt a bit run down. While the staff were friendly and the pool area was lovely, I did feel a lack of privacy due to the pool access from my room.

The penthouse room I stayed in was spacious with a separate living area and a lovely balcony overlooking the river. However, some parts of the hotel are in need of maintenance, and I was surprised there was no elevator for access to the higher floors.

Located a short drive from central Chiang Mai, the resort offered a peaceful escape along the river. However, the proximity to a busy road brought some noise that disrupted the tranquility.

Dining options were decent, with a good variety on the a-la-carte menu for breakfast. While I enjoyed the meals, I found the atmosphere lacking as the restaurant wasn't busy during my stay.

The resort had several nice facilities including a pool and a restaurant, but the pool was quite cold. Some parts require better upkeep, such as the decking around the pool area.

My stay at Zensala Riverpark Resort was mostly enjoyable, with standout service and beautiful river views. The outdoor bathrooms and villa options added a unique touch, although some noise from the nearby road and pool guests occasionally disrupted my peace. Overall, the experience offered great value for money, and I would certainly return. 🌟🌊

Located right by the Mae Ping River, the views were stunning and perfect for relaxation. However, it's a bit far from central Chiang Mai, requiring transportation to reach major attractions.

Dining at the resort was a highlight with a diverse à la carte menu. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast options, although I wished there were more local Thai and vegetarian choices available at lunch and dinner.

Facilities like room service and a lovely pool made my stay comfortable. However, I found the pool cleanliness and temperature to be less than ideal at times.

I had an enjoyable stay at Zensala Riverpark Resort, with the scenic views of the Mae Ping river being a highlight. However, the noise from traffic and nearby flights made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The food was decent, but the service in the restaurant was slower than expected, even when we were the only patrons. Overall, while there were some bumps, the beautiful surroundings and accommodating staff made my stay pleasant enough.

The room I stayed in was comfortable, though it felt a bit dated and could use some updates. I booked a Deluxe Room and found it to be quiet enough, but I know first-floor rooms experience a lot of noise from the street.
Service

The staff were very accommodating, helping with airport transfers and booking local tours for me. They even held my luggage for the day, which was really useful, although there was occasionally a language barrier.
Location

The resort is in a peaceful area by the river, but it's not very central, and getting into town requires a taxi. It’s ideal for relaxation but can feel a bit isolated if you want to explore more restaurants or attractions.
Dining

Dining options included a decent restaurant with a variety of meals, but the menu could have featured more local and vegetarian choices. Service was okay but a little slow.

While the resort offered lovely gardens and a nice pool, they could improve upkeep in outside areas, as there were times when dirty dishes sat on tables for days.

My stay at Zensala Riverpark Resort was a mix of beautiful views and some drawbacks. The location by the Mae Ping river was stunning and offered a peaceful setting away from the city's hustle and bustle. However, I found the internet service to be sporadic, and the cleanliness of the outside space left much to be desired. The staff were friendly, but I felt they could have been more helpful. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there were areas that need improvement. 🌊🌿

My room was quite spacious but a bit rundown, with some maintenance issues like a noisy air conditioning unit. I had chosen a pool-access room, which lacked privacy due to the pool's popularity.
Service

The staff were friendly; however, they seemed overwhelmed and not as attentive as I hoped. Although they were quick to assist with luggage, I didn't feel supported when requesting additional services.
Location

The location right by the river was lovely, providing calming views and a tranquil environment. However, the distance from the city made transportation a bit tricky, especially for rideshare drivers following GPS.

The on-site restaurant offered a variety of good food options, including traditional dishes and Western meals. My gluten-free dietary needs were well accommodated by the chef and staff, which I greatly appreciated.
Facilities

The facilities included nice gardens and a refreshing pool, though the cold temperature was surprising given the winter weather. There were no elevators, which could be challenging for those with mobility issues.
